The Convoy – Copperhide Roughout Leather Trucker by Gloss Leather
The Convoy reimagines the classic Type III trucker jacket through a modern lens, crafted from full-grain roughout cowhide in our signature Copperhide finish. Its burnished copper tone — a balance between rust and sun-baked clay — sets it apart, while the textured roughout surface promises to age beautifully, developing rich depth and character over time.
At the front, the Convoy features custom solid zinc donut buttons with a double-prong anchor design, complemented by two Western-style chest flap pockets adorned with subtle tone-on-tone embroidery. A widened upper chest seam allows the collar to fall naturally into a soft lapel-style roll, maintaining the jacket’s rugged structure with refined ease.
The back highlights a Western-scalloped rear yoke and a clean three-panel construction, free from pleats for a streamlined, tailored look. Side button adjusters allow easy waist customization for a precise fit. Inside, the jacket is finished with a 100% cotton twill lining in sage green, featuring two interior storage pockets — one open and one zippered for secure organization.
Each Convoy jacket by Gloss Leather is designed in Toronto and handcrafted in our dedicated workshop in Pakistan. We manage every stage of production — from pattern creation and leather selection to stitching and final inspection. Every piece is made in small batches, using premium full-grain hides, custom hardware, and includes complimentary custom sizing.
Production and fulfillment take approximately 2–4 weeks, as each Gloss Leather Convoy Jacket is made to order with meticulous attention to detail.

We are delighted to offer worldwide shipping, ensuring that our premium leather products reach you no matter where you are. Below are the details regarding our shipping rates and policies:
Shipping Rates:
- Flat Rate: We offer a standard shipping fee of $19.99 USD for all orders within and outside the US & UK.
- Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders exceeding $99 USD.
- Inclusive of Taxes: All product prices include applicable taxes, so there are no additional tax charges beyond the total shown at checkout.
Important Note: If you choose to opt out of the signature release option, Gloss Leather is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Please note: We are generally unable to ship to P.O. boxes or A.P.O. boxes due to shipping carrier restrictions.
Order Fulfillment Times
The time required to fulfill your order depends on item availability. Please refer to the item’s shipping details for specific fulfillment estimates.
- In-Stock Items: These items are typically prepared and shipped within 3 to 10 business days.
- Out-of-Stock/Custom Orders: Items not currently in stock, including custom orders, are usually handcrafted and shipped within two weeks. However, we recommend allowing 3 to 4 weeks for the fulfillment of these items to account for production and quality checks.
International Duties and Taxes
For customers outside the US & UK, please be aware that your order may be subject to duty fees and taxes imposed by the destination country. Gloss Leather does not collect these fees and is not responsible for additional charges.
Important:
- If you refuse to pay the required taxes, your order will be forfeited.
- We do not accept parcels marked as “returned to sender”; these parcels will be destroyed by the courier
- Refusing to pay taxes makes you ineligible for returns, exchanges, or reimbursements.

Depending on the item and order specifics, packages may be shipped from our workshop in Sialkot or our studios in London and New York.
