Shipping Rates:

• Flat Rate: We offer a standard shipping fee of $19.99 USD for all orders within and outside the US & UK.
• Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders exceeding $99 USD.
• Inclusive of Taxes: All product prices include applicable taxes, so there are no additional tax charges beyond the total shown at checkout.

Important Note: If you choose to opt out of the signature release option, Gloss Leather is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Please note: We are generally unable to ship to P.O. boxes or A.P.O. boxes due to shipping carrier restrictions.

Order Fulfillment Times

The time required to fulfill your order depends on item availability. Please refer to the item’s shipping details for specific fulfillment estimates.

• In-Stock Items: These items are typically prepared and shipped within 3 to 10 business days.
• Out-of-Stock/Custom Orders: Items not currently in stock, including custom orders, are usually handcrafted and shipped within two weeks. However, we recommend allowing 3 to 4 weeks for the fulfillment of these items to account for production and quality checks.

International Duties and Taxes

For customers outside the US & UK, please be aware that your order may be subject to duty fees and taxes imposed by the destination country. Gloss Leather does not collect these fees and is not responsible for additional charges.

Important:

• If you refuse to pay the required taxes, your order will be forfeited.
• We do not accept parcels marked as “returned to sender”; these parcels will be destroyed by the courier
• Refusing to pay taxes makes you ineligible for returns, exchanges, or reimbursements.

Shipping Origins

To ensure fast and secure delivery, we use a mixed shipping model. Depending on the item and order specifics, packages may be shipped from our workshop in Sialkot or our studios in London and New York. We partner with reputable shipping carriers such as DHL Express, UPS, and FedEx to deliver your order promptly and safely.
